WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Because we want you to be able to select the perfect product type, color and size, your items will be embroidered/printed after you order them. Your order is embellished in Spring Lake Heights, NJ. The process takes up to 10 to 14 business days before we ship it to you. Some items will be shipped separately and may take a bit longer due to product availability.
WHAT SHIPPING OPTIONS DO YOU OFFER?
Depending on where you are we ship differently.
- Local Free pick up at Athletes Image, 550 Brighton Ave, Spring Lake Heights, NJ 07762
- US standard domestic shipping takes 4 to 5 business days.
Expedited shipping – Do you offer faster shipping options? For US shipments, yes we do!
WHERE CAN I FIND A TRACKING LINK?
You should have received an email with a confirmation receipt when you placed your order, and another email with a tracking link when your order was shipped. Simply click on the tracking link in that email and you will be automatically redirected to the tracking information.
If you didn’t receive a tracking confirmation, check your email spam folder. Sometimes our emails get sent to the spam folder accidentally. If it is not there, contact customer support:
- Call us on Monday through Friday from 9 am to 6 pm EST
- Email us anytime and we will get back to you within one business day.
- Leave us a VoiceMail anytime and we will return your call at a time convenient for you.
WHY DOES MY TRACKING LINK SAY “UNAVAILABLE” WHEN I CLICK ON IT?
Tracking links take 1 to 2 business days to update in our shipping partner’s system, so give it some time to process. If you’ve been waiting more than 2 business days, contact our customer support at locgorick@gmail.com or call 732-974-1600
